John J. Jamgotchian has practiced law for over 27 years by emphasizing a personal approach in helping businesses of all types and sizes on legal issues relating to their business. He has 27 years of experience in business law including: entity formation (i.e. corporations, LLCs, limited partnerships), contracts, leases, commercial disputes, real property, corporate law, partnerships, employment law and trademarks. He has had considerable experience in both the transactional (i.e. drafting of contracts, documents, etc.) and litigation facets of these areas. His years of experience in handling both litigation and transactional matters has given him unique insight into the legal situations that businesses typically encounter. He normally assists clients in avoiding disputes by taking precautionary procedures as they are typically more cost effective. However, when litigation cannot be avoided, his office is prepared and experienced enough to assist his clients in order to bring about a speedy and successful result.
His office’s normal practice is to provide copies of all correspondence and documents to clients, including documents from any source, be it from his own office or from opposing counsel. Additionally, regular, itemized billing statements are provided. The result is clients are informed about their cases, and informed of the services for which they are charged.
John J. Jamgotchian has always believed in giving back to the community by being active in community affairs. He currently serves as legal counsel for the Devonshire Division of PALS (Police Activity League Supporters), and sits on the Board of Directors of the Chatsworth Chamber of Commerce. He is also a past president of the Chamber of Commerce and a past president of his local Optimist Club in which he is still active. He also serves on the board of the Valley Christian Athletic Association and is also quite active in his local church where he serves in a variety of positions.
